Made this tonight and got some compliments! Also I feel so healthy and I’m sure my gut thanks me. I did not have star anise or caraway seeds. I used allspice (it was ok, but not again).I skipped the beef boiling because I use clean grass fed beef. I also did not char my onion or ginger still very good
