Really easy with very little prep! Added about 3/4 to 1 cup of shredded cheese to help thicken up the sauce! Definitely in my rotation

It was sooo incredible!, I had low fat cream cheese in refrigerator, used that , still was very creamy and less calories. Also used turkey kielbasa and beef broth that I had in fridge instead of water!! And threw in mushrooms that were in fridge , totally awesome!! Will definitely make again ! Taking some for lunch tomorrow!!

This dish is awesome! It was simple and highly flavorful. I did substitute smoked turkey sausage in lieu of andouille sausage to lower the fat content. Just excellent.
