Very tasty and easy. I used russet potatoes and cut them a little too small. I think next time I’ll leave out the salt and add a little Italian seasonings. Boyfriend approved!

This is such a quick and tasty side dish! Next time I am going to try and add some bacon to it.

Awesome! When putting in the cheese, I turn the sauté on, it helps turn it creamy
