Very good and easy to make. Much easier than traditional way. I used vegetable broth instead of chicken. I think it needs more flavor, so next time I’ll experiment with seasonings and the garlic a little more. Served with steamed vegetables.

Made this for the first time and I have to say it was the best risotto ever! Easy to make and lots of flavor.
