Turned out great. I used 2/3 cup of brown sugar and some mushroom powder to give it more unami.

After reading the reviews I decided to use one cup of sugar, which was plenty. Also, I am not a big fan of soy sauce so this recipe was too rich for me. Next time I will use 2/3 to to half as much soy sauce and top it off with water. The meat was tender.

Great! It was really easy and really good I will definetly make it again I threw in some broccoli that I had cooked at the end when it was thickening
