This was amazingly good, I halved the amount of soy sauce to reduce sodium and it was still so tasty. Will definitely be making this again. Prep to table in under 30 minutes with the instant pot.

Family all had second servings! The meat was tender and flavorful. We paired it with white Jasmine rice and steamed broccoli. I added extra carrots to the recipe and just cut them into pennies. I will add more carrots and a dash of spice or pepper to the recipe next time. The entire meal took me about 50 min including cutting the beef and making the rice in my Instant Pot as well We will certainly make this again!
