    wow! delicious meal! I added 1/2 tsp of lemon pepper spice, a small snip of mint from the garden. cut the meat in half (1.7 lbs pork loin) just because thats what i had, but kept the sauce measurements. served with yellow safron rice, balck beans, avocado, red onion, and manderine slice - similar to the picture. really satisfying dish! my husband and particular-palate son loved it.
