    Honestly the chicken and potatoes turned out perfect, if not for the fact that the extra dose of sauce to top; it would’ve been good. But I added the sauce to serve and my husband didn’t appreciate the mustard overkill. I bought the Publix generic brand spicy mustard. But it was just too much. Maybe add more maple syrup and something else to the end sauce...
