We makes this almost every other week! So delish. We always toss some frozen peas and firm tofu in ours to make it kind of like a Matar Paneer (tofu). It is even approved by our picky 17 year old.

I’ve made this a few times now and it’s always delicious I add about ¼ tsp cayenne since my husband and I like it spicy, but the recipe as-is is perfect otherwise
