I used a mild curry powder and I think next time I'll use a hotter one. Also, I had to add an extra 3 minutes with extra water as the lentils weren't quite cooked. It's quite nice and would be good with carrots and/or potatoes.

This was so good! I threw in some carrots and potatoes I had lying around and served with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top
