Very good! The family loved it and will be making it again. Made according to recipe and didn’t change anything. Yum!

Super good. Works to cook the rice over the beef without a separate pan on the trivet if you double the water and cooking time. Chives on it are a must.

It was very good! I decided to put less red pepper and I added leeks instead of the onions. I served them with yucca since I could put it in the steamer at the same time. It was very yummy. Thank you!
