Amazing my husband even had two bowls and he is usually very picky my 1 year old loved the shrimp

Easy to follow recipe and the tips in the reviews really helped (such as putting the rice on top of everything else to cook)! I had to purée the vegetables due to members of my family having texture issues; other than that, I followed the recipe. Thumbs up from everyone!

Delicious! I used cold leftover rice, so waited to add the rice until it was time to put the shrimp in. It came out great!

This is the best recipe in my opinion. It’s always a hit with whomever is eating it!

This turned out fantastic! I made a kid friendly version knowing I could add the hot sauce in for the heat I wanted, everyone loved it!

This recipe worked out great for me. It was delicious too! Right up our alley. We have a family of 5 (3 of us are teenage boys). I added another chicken thigh, my andouille package was a little bigger than called for and I added an extra half cup of rice. To accommodate the extra rice, I added another 3/4 cup of broth. We had more than enough. Delicious!

It turned out really good, but when I followed the instructions the rice was still hard. So after the 7 minutes when you add the shrimp add water and put it on for about 5 more minutes to get the rice soft.

This dish turned out very good. It was intended to be made in an instant pot, but I made it on the stove instead and simmered for about an hour and a half to get a rich flavor. I will try again another time with the Instant pot.

it was delicious. i used a frozen blend for the celery, peppers, and onion and it worked well.

Rice came out undercooked 3 times! Took a total of 28 minutes to fully cook the rice and I had to keep adding stock to create moisture to cook the rice, thus adding seasoning in the process and in the end it came out too spicy for my liking.
