This dish turned out very good. It was intended to be made in an instant pot, but I made it on the stove instead and simmered for about an hour and a half to get a rich flavor. I will try again another time with the Instant pot.

it was delicious. i used a frozen blend for the celery, peppers, and onion and it worked well.

This had great spice! Was easy to prepare, too.

Tastes good, but the recipe doesn't have enough liquid for the rice, kept getting burnt indications. had to add more water.

really good, but a little too spicy

Rice came out undercooked 3 times! Took a total of 28 minutes to fully cook the rice and I had to keep adding stock to create moisture to cook the rice, thus adding seasoning in the process and in the end it came out too spicy for my liking.

Good, just add more salt and add onion powder and sweet paprika
