Chicken came out a little too tough. Shrimp tasted too fishy. If I make it again, I don't think I'd said sauté the chicken as long or maybe not at all. I'd for sure blacken the shrimp in a skillet too and mix it in afterwards.

I love this! All of it was gone by the end of the night in my house. Because we like various flavors and an extra zing, I used Conecuh Sausage, a smoked sausage with different spices. I also used Rotel original diced tomatoes and chilies.
