Pleasantly surprised at how good this was, not as good as my Jamaica and Trini mothers, but very close for such a simple recipe.
The link wasn’t working, something’s wrong with the page. However I was able to get around it by googling the recipe title and then I cached the website link that came up. Hope that helps anyone else who runs into that issue.
Would make a again!

Made it without the scotch bonnet pepper so my kids could eat it but it was still delicious. I also added in two bell peppers.

very easy to make and tons of flavour! i used vegetable broth instead of water before pressure cooking. i think chocken broth would be even better. if i made it again i think i would also add a littl butter to make the sauce a bit more creamy.

Turned out great! I added spinach to it... the only con was that the all spice was a little overwhelming but I think that’s because the Jamaican curry I used had all spice in it already...
