- 500 grams chicken (on the bone)
- 1 cup onions (Chopped 125 gms)
- 1 1/2 cups tomato (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (whisked)
- 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (Crushed)
- 1 green chilli (Omit to make less spicy)
- 1 ghee (tsbp, or Oil)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. garam masala powder
- salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder (Use Paprika or omit to make it less spicy)

This is actually pretty bland right out of the instant pot - even with a big jalapeno in it! It tastes much better next day. I added some red pepper flakes to the leftovers for more zing. When I make this again, I'll use my hot curry powder rather than garam masala.
