- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper (black pepper is also okay)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lemon (small, sliced into 5-6 thin slices)
- 1 garlic clove (roughly diced)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (or olive oil, for pan-frying later)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or Tamari, wheat-free version)
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 garlic clove (minced or finely grated)
- 1 tsp. butter
- 5 slices of lemon
- scallions (Chopped, green onions)

Surprisingly the chicken was very bland and less tender than I would have expected, especially for thighs. The chicken did not absorb much of the lemon flavor at all. I wouldn’t make this again.
