I did the 2 pound jumbo instead of extra jumbo I peeled the shrimp before adding back to the pot I did 1/2 cup soy sauce & 1/2 cup honey & came out perfect. I served with white rice, green & yellow zucchini steamed

Great recipe and do quick. I would add a bit less soy sauce and more honey.

it was absolutely wonderful. When I make it again, i will use just a little less soy but yuat is only personal taste. really a super dinner.

I made the recipe as directed and the shrimp turned out great. After I took them out, the shells peeled off very easily. However, I burned the sauce trying to make it using the sauté setting on the instant pot. I ended up making the sauce using a skillet on the stove and it turned out awesome. The sauté function gets too hot for such a little amount of liquid.

Taste is great. Felt like shrimp was overcooked. Next time I may not saute for the 5 min period.
