Directions were easy to follow. Pork cooked perfectly in the Instant Pot & gravy was very good. The next time I make this dish, I will probably cut the honey and Dijon down by 1/2 depending on the size of the loin. Ours was 2lbs vs. 3lbs so that my have made the honey/Dijon slightly overpowering. Overall a good dish and will happily be making again.
