I highly recommend giving this recipe a shot, wife and I made it yesterday and it was phenomenal!

Turned out delicious. I added sriracha and red pepper flakes to give it a little kick

This was good the kids loved it but I tweaked it a little and added 2 bay leaves, some sesame oil and replaced a 1/4 of the soy with coco aminos. They would definitely eat it again. Oh and cut the chicken before and only cooked for 10 mins with 10 minutes set time. It would have been overcooked otherwise.

I’m still at it... so far, not so good. First off, my InstaPot has a poultry setting for 15 minutes. The meat setting is for 45. Here’s the thing, after the initial 15 minutes (per recipe), the chicken was still raw. That’s right... it wasn’t cooked yet. Probably not the recipe’s fault. It does smell delicious, however. All of my sides are done, except the chicken. Oh, the chicken wasn’t frozen and my cooker has been used probably 30 times total since purchase... so now I’m doing it for an additional 15 minutes. We will see.

The sauce is wonderful; I will certainly make that part again! However, I think this would work better as a stovetop recipe. i cooked the chicken breasts from frozen at medium pressure, and they were still overdone.

Super yummy, even subbing no-tomato ketchup and no-soy sauce because of my allergies.

Omg! This was so good. It was my first time using my Intstant Pot so I was looking for a fairly simple recipe. This was delish! I’ll make this again for sure. Thanks!

Amazing! I cut my chicken up into cubes prior to cooking and let it simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes then added in some broccoli and zucchini! Will definitely become a staple for me!
