Perfect! I added some smoked paprika, roasted garlic and chives to give them a little boost

Tasty and easy. I used cut up lunch meat for the ham. When I make again I think that I would reduce the amount of shredded cheese. They were very cheesy and would still be cheese with less cheese. I also added a couple of shakes of black pepper to the egg mixture.
