I loved it! I didn't have pasta it called for so I used linguine pasta and it was so good. I will definitely made it again.

My favorite instant pot recipe! I always sautee some veggies and stir them in at the end so they don't get overcooked in the instant pot.

Very good. Used penne because I didn’t have rigatoni, and doubled everything except the meat. Also left out the celery, and I don’t think it was needed. This sauce would go great on any noodles, I think. Could even add some chopped, toasted peanuts and maybe some chopped green onion before serving. I pressure cooked it for seven minutes just to ensure that the pasta was not overcooked, and it came out nicely al dente.

Love the flavors and how easy it was! I love cooking pasta in the instant pot because the pasta gets all of the delicious flavors!
