Didn’t have everything and I could only slow cook it.So I par boiled the spuds and carrots.Very,very tasty.

My favorite ground lamb recipe! Sometimes I skip the potatoes & top with a dollop of labneh cheere, or serve over rice

Even my husband who usually finds lamb too “gamey” liked this! I used just a sprinkle of cayenne and it still is spicy enough to make my nose run. I didn’t have potatoes so I added half a bag of frozen broccoli. To have more veggies I served my curry & rice over mixed greens.
