Delicious. I changed it slightly with double the onion, salt and pepper to taste, added a yellow squash, and used about 4 ounces more macaroni. I think it might be better with the alternative spaghetti sauce, not sure.

This was excellent! Both my kids and I really liked it. It was really easy to make as well.
