Relatively simple to make. Had to make a couple of minor adjustments for the ingredients I had on hand. Heavy cream works in place of half and half. Also served over rice instead of pasta.

Turned out well with lots of flavor I didn’t have half and half or evaporated milk so used almond milk and made a slurry with cornstarch to thicken the sauce

It was delicious! I used egg noodles instead of fettuccine noodles and it was still good. Make sure as another person mentioned here to add more salt if you used your instant pot.

Made it today. Very good. I made the orzo separately as it looked too complicated to make with the chicken. I'm a beginner cook. Didn't have spinach so I added brocoli.

Turned out great. Made the fettuccine in a different pot though. Combined it all and it was delicious.

WOW. This is SO GOOD. I added a little more half-and-half (~1.3 cups) and used a pecorino-romano blend since it was cheaper. I bought about 1.4 pounds of boneless skinless chicken tenders from Trader Joe's and just threw them in without cutting them further and upped the manual time to 7 minutes. So perfect the chicken started to shred itself! Phenomenal!

Delicious ... but it was quite a bit of work after a busy day at work. Hubs did request a repeat though, so maybe a good one for the weekend.
