Steak was very tender. The veggies were to soggy and mushy. I am going to put them in later maybe that will help.

As others have stated the vegetables where to cooked. Would quickly saute those in the future.

Great flavor, yet I agree the veggies got a little mush. Still a great meal that I will do again!!!

This has very good flavor, but watch how thick you cut the peppers and onions as the turn to mush. I cut mine about 1/4 inch thick.
