    Vegetables were soggy but meat very tender

    Steak was very tender. The veggies were to soggy and mushy. I am going to put them in later maybe that will help.

    As others have stated the vegetables where to cooked. Would quickly saute those in the future.

    Very juicy but the flavor was amazing. This will go in my regular rotation.

    Great flavor, yet I agree the veggies got a little mush. Still a great meal that I will do again!!!

    This has very good flavor, but watch how thick you cut the peppers and onions as the turn to mush. I cut mine about 1/4 inch thick.
