I am not a big egg eater, but I know they are good for you, so I tried this recipe. I made two eggs (one in each ramekin cooking for 3 minutes (no runny eggs for me). I did a fast release, took them straight out and one on my plate. The other awaits my picky husband. Mine was perfectly cooked. The yoke wasn’t runny but wasn’t dry either. Delicious! I’m a fan of this simple, quick and impressive dish.
