So darn easy, and inexpensive. We put it in an Iceburg lettuce wrap, very tasty. My 15 and 12 year old finished it off.
The whole process took less than 15 minutes.

This is one of my keto favorites! Full of flavor and so easy to throw together after a busy day. I like to use the shredded coleslaw mix that includes purple cabbage. It makes the dish look so vibrant and appealing. Sometimes I add sliced red bell pepper, too, for some extra color. I personally like to stir in some sriracha to my bowl for an extra kick, along with some toasted sesame seeds for crunch.

This was very easy to make and tasted great! It’s going on our list of favorite dinners. I added two scramble eggs after opening the instant pot to increase the protein and fat and it was very good. Will definitely make again

I’ve made this a few times. It’s easy, delicious, and healthy which makes it a winner in my book. I usually add some chili paste and lime and serve it over rice

It turned out pretty well, I had to use water and butter instead of chicken broth so that could be why the soy sauce flavor is so strong :)

We loved this! I used 1 1/2 lbs of ground pork, seasoned before browning, and used a kale slaw mix. I will certainly make this more often.

Super easy to make! Definitely will be a go to, we paired it with wontons and some sweet and sour sauce.

Really good! Easy, easy meal to make! I love that it taste just like a filling of a egg roll! I used ground chicken and added brown rice for our side! Healthy and low fat!

It turned out great! I would agree maybe some red pepper flakes would add a little kick, but its delicious on its own!! 👍🏻👍🏻 great low carb option!

I added a little red pepper flakes and honey just to suit my palate. Awesome, easy to make dish.
