Pretty good- a little dry, but I bet the recipe could be tweaked a bit to my liking. I’m not a huge scrambled egg fan, so not surprising that it wasn’t my favorite

Made them with crumbled breakfast sausage and a bit of green onion and sriracha blended into the eggs. Very tasty and filling. 3 eggs made 7 egg bites.
