Perfect! I made these ahead of time and ate them for a quick breakfast. Delicious and cheaper than drive-thru.

First time making these. They turned out well. I added spinach, mushrooms and tomato’s. I put the lid that came with the mold on top because I didn’t know better and then foil. I had no problems with the lid burning. I was already cooking them in the instant pot before I saw the question about the lid, oops. I was a little worried but the lid was totally fine. I also topped with some avocado slices and it paired well.

They turned out delicious... I just used red pepper and added ham to it....didn’t have just Monterey cheese so I used a combination of Monterey and cheddar...

My daughter said, “better than Starbucks”. She likes the bacon and gruyere version from Starbucks so I subbed the same amount of Gruyere for Monterrey Jack and bacon or ham for the bell peppers.

Perfect love to make these on the weekend and pop them into the micro for a few seconds for a wonderful weekday breakfast

Delicious!!
I used a little bacon grease for coating the molds, added some mushrooms, peppers & onions and used swiss cheese instead. My new favorite breakfast or lunch!👍👍👍
