Perfect lunch for a cold, wet Sunday. Tried first batch with Gouda - was not as popular as just sharp cheddar and Monterey Rey jack - will be fun trying different cheese combinations. Will keep ingredients on hand so I can whip this up immediately when the boys want a snack.
