The soup was good! The flavor was delicious, but I do think it would be good to add a little bit more texture. Maybe some coconut milk, lentils, or potatoes? maybe some carrots or spinach. Just something that gives you more to chew than just onions. But honestly, this is a really good soup and I'll be making it again but maybe with some added ingredients.
