- 1/2 tsp. spice mix (garam masala, see Notes)
- 1/2 tsp. red curry paste
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup red lentils
- 14.5 oz. chopped tomatoes (along with the sauce)
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth (or Better Than Bouillion, see Notes)
