These taste the way carnitas should, this is my go to recipe. I’ve made it with pork and chicken thighs. Both delicious.

This is the best carnitas recipe we have found and so easy! We just throw some in a frying pan to crisp them up when we're ready to make tacos.

How nice is this? To have it made in one hour! Turned out very good and company ate it all, no leftovers, boo hoo! Definitely make this, broiling is the perfect way to get that perfect taste. Yum!

Very easy to do and has great flavor. It does take a little while to cut the pork amd brown it. So I think it takes a bit longer than it says, but you could just brown the meat in a pan that is bigger

This has become a go-to recipe for our family. We love it and so do the people we share it with.

I used store bought mojo sauce and didn’t make the salsa, but this worked well.

Doesn’t really need to be seated that long as it dries the meat out a little. It gets crispy in the broiler anyway. Otherwise delicious

This is an awesome dish. Taste like you slaved away in the kitchen but, really easy and relatively quick to make. Perfect party food for a crowd or for our family something we can heat up all week.

This was my first recipe I used with my new instant pot and it came out great. My friends and I devoured these tacos.
