The taste was good, but the texture was a little off. I think this would be better if you made the pasta normally instead of trying to Instant Pot it, and added it afterwards.

Something went wrong I guess. This flavor is not for us. I can see it was shooting for a roasted red pepper type of Alfredo. But this missed the mark. Quiet disappointed as most of the reviews were high.

Added shrimp. I would add a bit more stock than the recipe suggests.

Yummy, creamy and easy! I didn’t have spinach or sun dried tomatoes, but it was still awesome!

Super easy to make and easy to modify. An instant family favorite

I made this in my pressure cooker. The only modification I made was, I added baby Bella mushrooms. Yummy! Would make this again.

Made it with a bit less cream cheese and Parmesan, but the rest was the same. LOVED it. Kids loved it. Super easy and fast. Will make again!!

Delish. Only used half of the Parmesan. Could probably get away with half the cream cheese to make it a touch less glutinous. Great comfort food recipe!

My family LOVED this dish! I did modify it to make it a bit healthier. I only used 8 ounces of pasta and added 2 cups of sliced Bella mushrooms. I used 3 oz Neufchâtel cheese instead of the 8 oz of cream cheese and also used only a 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. I didn’t have sun-dried tomatoes, so I used a can of diced tomatoes and only 3 cups of chicken broth. It was SO good!!

It was good , next time I would add more chicken broth and cut the amount of both cheeses in half. It was great tasting till I added the cheese , the cheese took over the flavour and totally lost the true flavour of the dish.

Turned out AMAZING! We halved the recipe because there’s only 2 of us, and it was still one of the best dishes I’ve made in a long time!! Added some red pepper for some spice, I recommend seasoning the chicken beforehand, which is what I ended up doing! Needless to say it was PERFECT Sunday night comfort food!

perfect recipe. used a slow-cooker & just added cream cheese, parmesan, spinach & basil after noodles were fully cooked.

It was very easy to make. The chicken, however, needed more flavor. Next time I will brown it first. Also, there was quite a bit of liquid in the pot. I waited for it to thicken, but it didn’t. Overall I did like it and would make it again.

Little too much liquid even after it sit for 10 mins. But a very good flavor.

An awesome meal for sure! I used slightly more pasta (16 oz) and a bit more chicken as well (1 1/2lbs). To make up for the extra pasta and chicken I added an extra cup of chicken broth, I used a cup of water and mixed in some Chicken Bullion, turned out great! It is definitely saved as a future repeat meal.

the only thing i was missing is bread! this is delicious and creamy. don't forget to get a nice loaf of some Italian bread to soak up the excess sauce, there's lots!

This turned out really well. I added more spinach I wish I had added more chicken. I think next time I will try sausage instead of chicken. I would make this again!

So good! We substituted roasted red bells for the sun dried tomatoes. And maybe try adding the spinach last so it doesn’t clump up with the Parmesan

it was really good. Everyone loved it! I would like to try it with goat cheese next time instead of cream cheese.

It was “ok” . By the fourth bite or so, we decided we are not fans of the cream cheese zing versus a more alfredo tasting sauce. Worked well on stovetop.... and other than the cream cheese, it was a nice dish.
