It turned out great. i used regular roma tomatoes instead of sun dried tomatoes and added an additional 8oz of the chicken broth and added 5 more ounces of spinach

This was lovely! I added mushrooms and more spinach and so compensated with more chili flakes and salt so it wouldn’t be bland. We all loved this so much!

it was really good! made only 4 servings for our family. i would recommend also adding 24oz of broth and make sure you soften the cream cheese!

This is a great dish. Just keep stirring! If you find it bland, add a pinch more salt,it pulls out the flavors.
