Great! I have used this with chicken before too. I added Italian seasoning also, and after added some cholula for an extra kick. Might add cayenne next time

Very good! I added some Cajun spice because I had plain sausage Spinach instead of kale. I loved it!

great meal! My store was out of churizo sausage so in changed it up a bit and used keilbasa and spinach instead. I also added mushrooms and garlic. Im tempted to try again with tuna and broccoli.

Turned out amazing. I have made it several times and added sweet potato once. Super easy and great when making meals for a large number of people.
