    Great recipe. I used oat milk since I can't have dairy and it didnt impact the creaminess at all.

    This was great! I had to use 14oz less of the tomato because that was what I had on hand. The diced tomato I used was pre-seasoned (delicious) and I used Italian seasoning instead of basil. I also added 6 slices of bacon which really jazzed it up! This is only my second time using my Instant Pot for soup and I'm certain I'll be making this recipe again!

    So easy and creamy. I just finished ir with a little salt and it was perfect. Definitely keeping this one.
