Delicious! I used homemade italian sausage with ground turkey and fat free half n half. The pasta does need a bit more love with salt and pepper but otherwise a great meal.

I did lighten up the recipe a little by using chicken sausage and 2% milk instead of half and half. The cornstarch did a good job of thickening it. I also made 5 servings instead of 4, and it ended up being 11 WW points. Not bad for a sausage and pasta dish!
