    Wow this was delicious never going back to boxed mac n cheese! I used low sodium chicken broth and loved the flavor it added to my noodles I don’t think I would put as much salt next time this recipe is SUPER CHEESY! I added some paprika and red pepper flakes, yum! Next time I’ll throw bread crumbs on the top and put in the oven or grill to bake the top layer can’t wait to try it again w some additional cheeses safe to say I’ll be adding this recipe for my go to Mac n cheese by of it’s quick and simple recipe

    This was wonderful!!! I measured everything except the heavy cream and cheese, those I just eyeballed. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the cheese sauce was so creamy. A keeper for sure!

    very flavorful, a little too cheesy
    This turned out very creamy and yummy. I did make a few tweaks though. Used 2 tb butter, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground mustard, 1 tsp Frank's hot sauce, 1/2 c half & half, and a 1/4 c milk. So easy to make compared to other methods.
