Don’t have a instapot but made it with an electric pressure cooker we bought used for the first time. An instant hit. Great flavor and minimal clean up. Definitely needed to add salt. My wife’s not tortellini fan so may substitute potato next time.

Excellent! Have a picky eater so I did not include the carrots & used onion & garlic seasoning instead of onions, etc. Easy, quick & excellent for a fall evening!
