Turned out very bland. We even added the Italian seasoning from one of the reviews. It was good consistency but just lacking in flavor!

Delicious! I added 1 tsp italian seasoning, used regular carrots(did not have baby), and we shredded some parmesean on our own servings. Additional salt and pepper needed but we did it on our plates. Will certainly make this again.
