These country style ribs turned out amazing. They were tender enough to just use your fork to cut them, yet they were not mushy. We marinated them for 30 mins. Nextntime we will try 45 mins. Flavoring was wonderful. We used some sweet baby rays on a few and cattlemens on a few. Yum. Added some scalloped potatoes on the side and it was perfect.
