Excellent - meat was tender. The carrots were almost too mushy, but still tasty. I used unpeeled, uncut red potatoes and they truned out good.

Tender and tasty- made a yummy gravy by adding 1/4 c cold water stirred with 1/4 cup cornstarch into boiling liquid after taking out meat and veggies.
