- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. rice wine
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 scallion (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups sweet rice (short grain, rinsed 4-5 times, drained)
- 2 Chinese sausage (links, chopped)
- 5 dried shitake mushrooms (soaked in hot water for 30 minutes, reserve soaking liquid, chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. dried shrimp (soaked in hot water for 30 minutes, reserve soaking liquid, chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups soaking liquid (reserved, from shitake mushrooms and dried shrimp, plus some low sodium chicken broth)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- pepper (to taste)
