No flavoring at all. It was so bland (and that was after I added salt and cheese to it)

Entire family loved it!!! I added additional vegetables and used chicken broth instead of water. Will be making this regularly!

Honestly didn’t turn out good at all. Rice was a touch over cooked but that’s not a big deal. Flavor was mediocre and it calls for way to much cumin it was overpowering other flavors.

Used brown rice with low sodium chicken broth (3 & 2/3 cups) and used cut up pieces of semi thawed boneless chicken thighs. Cooked 22min according to directions and let it naturally release for 10min afterward. Could have used 5 more min for the rice but turned out ok. A bit bland but not bad. Will try diff spices next time.

Turned out great, I used brown rice, Better than Bullion chicken broth and used garlic olive oil and jalapeño olive oil to sauté the onions and garlic and the dish tasted very flavorful. Will definitely make it again. It was very easy to prepare.

Reduced to a 6 person serve using 500g chicken, adding vegetable stock instead of water (2 cups), 2 cups brown rice, 3 stalks celery, 1 1/2cups butternut pumpkin and peas, same quantity of herbs etc. So yum, all plates clean!

Works much better with chicken broth instead of water, but this is one of my favorite recipes for the Instant Pot.
