This is exactly like the dish my mom used to make & now I get to make it for my kids! I have to remember to cut the chicken into bite sized pieces before cooking.

Delicious! Easy to make and very good to eat. I served it with rice and roasted garlic green beans.

this has to be one of my new favorite recipes! its simple but so so delicious! I want to try to saute yellow onion with the mushrooms next time!

Delicious. I had to make a larger batch so I browned some breasts on the stove but all went into pot with mushrooms. Big hit!
