Delicious! I used 2 chicken breasts, diced tomatoes without the chilies and no poblanos (just using what I had available). I did add a can of drained corn and a can of drained black beans. OMG! Can’t wait to make it again. Husband loved it too. Will double the recipe next time.

I made it with chicken breast and it turned out amazing! instead of using canned tomatoes I used diced uo fresh ones.
