I was so excited to try this recipe but somehow the chicken came out bland, despite all the great ingredients. It seems to be missing something, perhaps just extra salt and pepper. This is also very soupy, so if I make it again I will certainly remove the chicken from the pot and then add some of the juice. That was my bad, I should have known better. Also adjust the cooking time to the size of your chicken breasts. For shreddable chicken cook 1 min per ounce.
