- 1 Tbsp. ginger (minced)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 onion (large, chopped)

- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 2 tsp. coriander (ground)
- 2 tsp. cumin (ground)
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 14 oz. fire roasted tomatoes (or regular diced tomatoes)
- 2 cups tomato sauce (or passata)
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (unsalted)
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro (fresh, chopped for garnish, optional)

It was ok, but was missing something in the flavor. Also I don’t use lemon or acids with milk as it can cause it to curdle or split, so be aware of this when using the two in combo.

Good, tasty, and easy but missing something flavor wise for tikka masala I can’t put my hands on. Will tweak and definitely make again!
