I like that it's a fast and delicious dish. I think that some sort of sauce is well-received for the chicken. :)

Good:) I used frozen thighs. And I didn’t have a trivet so I just plopped everything into the instant pot and cooked it. Then I made the sauce. It was good, nothing to rave about but simple and tasted ok. We had leftovers and they tasted better the next day.
